Refund & Return Policy

This policy applies to all orders delivered to the European Union.

Statutory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, if you are an EU consumer, you have the 14-day cooling-off period (right of withdrawal). This period starts from the date you receive the last item of your order. Within these 14 days, you may cancel your purchase and return goods without giving any reason.

If we fail to properly inform you of this withdrawal right, the withdrawal period will be extended to 12 months plus 14 days.

Cancellation before Shipment

You may cancel your order at any time before the goods are dispatched. We will process the full refund to your original payment method within 14 days after cancellation confirmation.

Return Eligibility

  1. Goods must be unused, undamaged, kept in original intact packaging.
  2. Custom-made / personalized products, sealed hygiene items opened after delivery, perishable goods, digital downloads are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right and non-refundable unless defective.
  3. Proof of purchase or order number is required for return application.

Shipping Cost for Returns

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we agree to cover return shipping. The original delivery fee paid at checkout will not be refunded unless the return is caused by our error (defective, wrong item).

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be sent back to your original payment method. No restocking fee will be charged for valid withdrawal requests within the statutory cooling-off period.

Defective Products

For faulty or non-conforming goods, you hold statutory rights under EU law (minimum 2-year legal guarantee). You may request repair, replacement, partial or full refund independent of the 14-day withdrawal rule.
